Custom AI agent setup and deployment
I help businesses deploy practical AI agents that take real operational work off the plate: texting leads and clients, coordinating schedules, fielding calls, answering common questions, following up, routing requests, and keeping the human team focused on the work only humans should do.
What I Build
- Scheduling assistants: connect to Google Calendar with user consent, check availability, coordinate appointments, create events, and manage reminders.
- Client texting workflows: handle inbound and outbound follow-up, reminders, intake questions, confirmations, and reactivation campaigns.
- Call and customer-service agents: field routine calls, capture details, answer common questions, escalate appropriately, and summarize outcomes.
- Operations automations: connect calendars, inboxes, CRMs, docs, spreadsheets, forms, and local tools into reliable workflows.
- Agent infrastructure: set up systems like OpenClaw and Hermes so agents can work across web services and local machines with sane security boundaries.
Why This Exists
I created Spark Ignite, a martial arts marketing and automation platform that continues to help nearly 1,000 martial arts schools with AI-driven assistance, marketing, lead follow-up, and operational support. I now help other businesses apply the same kind of agentic automation to their own workflows.
Google Calendar Access
Some scheduling assistant deployments use Google Calendar. Calendar access is requested only after a user opens a secure authorization link and approves the connection through Google OAuth. The assistant uses that access to review availability, list calendars and events, and create or update calendar events when requested by an authorized user.
Use of Google API data is described in the Privacy Policy, and service terms are available in the Terms of Service.
