Terms of Service
Effective date: May 3, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of websites, applications, automations, scheduling assistants, communication workflows, and related services operated by David Tendrich ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the services, you agree to these terms.
Use of Services
You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Connected Accounts and Permissions
Some services may ask you to authorize access to third-party accounts, such as Google Calendar, messaging providers, or other tools. You are responsible for choosing whether to grant access. You may revoke access through the relevant provider controls or by contacting us.
For Google Calendar integrations, requested access is used to provide scheduling, availability, calendar review, event creation, event updates, reminders, and related assistant functionality that you request or authorize.
Client Instructions and Accuracy
Services may rely on information, instructions, account permissions, or data you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that information is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Automated outputs should be reviewed for accuracy before relying on them for important decisions.
Communications
If you request or consent to communications by email, SMS, phone, or other channels, we may send service-related messages, reminders, alerts, or support communications. SMS opt-out and help instructions, where applicable, are described in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that we may process information as described there.
Third-Party Services
The services may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, communications providers, financial data providers, calendar providers, and other tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain rights in our software, templates, systems, documentation, designs, and service materials. You retain rights in information and content you provide. You grant us permission to use information you provide as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the services.
No Professional Advice
Services and automated outputs are provided for convenience and operational support. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet every requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to use of the services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
